Do you take insurance? We do not accept insurance at this time. Being out of network allows clinicians at MyoHealth PT to provide better, more efficient, and individualized care which results in better, faster, and more positive outcomes for our patients. Most Physical Therapy clinics in the central TX area and around the country are in-network with insurance companies meaning rates of reimbursement have been determined by the insurance companies. In order to make money, in-network clinics need to treat multiple patients at one time, reducing the amount of time they can spend with you. This leads to poor experience and poor outcome. Being an out-of-network home based concierge Physical Therapy practice we’re able to spend 45 minutes to one hour with you one-on-one in the comfort of your own environment and ensure you are getting focused, result driven care. Out of network care isn’t as costly as you may think! When going to an in-network clinic your physical therapist may establish a plan of care consisting of you attending 2-3x per week for a duration of 6-8 weeks, maybe longer. If you have a $35-dollar co-pay that means, you’ll pay upwards of $840 in co-pays for your plan of care. If you have a $50-dollar co-pay being seen 2x per week for 6 weeks, you’ll be paying $600.
How often should I schedule an appointment? Typically scheduling 1-2 times per week. But, frequency really depends on your individual needs which can be discussed on the first visit or through the free consultation.
What is your cancellation policy? Same day cancellations are subject to a $25 fee. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice.
How can I pay for my services? We currently only accept Venmo, Zelle, cash or check at time of service. We're currently in the process of obtaining a POS platform for credit and debit payments. Online payments are not accepted currently.
